Return Policy

At Levy's, we stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make it right.

How to Start a Return

• Log into your account on our website.

• Go to “Order History” and select the order you wish to return.

• Click "Request Return" and follow the prompts to submit your return request through our Shopify returns portal.

• You will receive instructions and a return shipping address once your request is approved.

Standard Returns (14 days from delivery date)

• Items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused, with original tags attached.

• Customer pays return shipping; original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox, which should be placed inside a shipping box.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Jewelry, eyewear, fragrance, apothecary items, sale items (FINAL SALE), custom/made-to-measure garments (unless defective), gift cards, and altered items.

• Worn, washed, used, or damaged items; items missing original tags; items returned after 14 days.

Damaged or Defective Items

• Contact Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery. Manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or items not matching website description will be replaced/refunded at no cost, with prepaid return shipping.

Processing Returns

• Returns that comply with the Return Policy are refunded to the original payment method, less shipping charges.

• Non-compliant returns will be returned to the customer at their expense. Items in less-than-new condition may incur restocking fees.
