If for any reason you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, Levy’s provides its customers with easy returns. With easy returns, items purchased can be returned to Levy’s store or shipped back to us, provided the merchandise is in its original packaging and proof of purchase is presented.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your original receipt should accompany your returned items(s) to process your refund. All returned items must be in their original state, with all tickets attached and deemed by Levy’s to be unworn / undamaged before it can be accepted for a refund.
Regular price merchandise can be returned up to 30 days and 60 days during the Holiday season; items sold that are 33% off or more are considered a final sale.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to exchange it, you may return it in accordance with our return policy. We’ll be happy to replace your items for you.
Refunds, returns or exchanges will not be made on shipping costs. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
We ask that you provide us with your name, address and telephone number for returns. Please print and return the attached return form in order for Levy’s to promptly respond to your return.
